Fundraising

During the COVID-19, I found that families were struggling to keep their children occupied at home, and I also learned that charities and foundations needed more help acquiring important resources such as food and healthcare. I decided to start teaching Python coding to students from all over the world to address both concerns. The proceeds accumulated was donated to foundations such as the Connecticut Food Bank, Association for India's Development COVID Relief Fund, and the UConn Health Foundation. This opportunity also able to give back to my community by passing my knowledge of Python programming to middle and high school students. I successfully raised over $1,500 and was able to donate to various foundations, such as the ones below. I am continuing to teach programming to students ages 11 and up.
